Ibrahim Sahlun 2/4 : Taqsim saba bamb

Many thanks to Oudman for the nice taqsim saba he posted. This is another taqsim saba, but this time, a metric one.
Sahlun does a taqsim saba bamb, with his standard opening for this maqam, and ‘Aqqad answers with a taqsim bayyati bamb, opened by Sahlun's conclusion. This time, I am delighted by Sahlun's mannerism, switching from qarar to gawab. He switches to bayyati and bayyati shuri around 1:30.
Aqqad does the same bayyati and bayyati shuri tricks. The gawab section from 3:05 on is amazing, with a delicious accidental nahawand around 3:18-3:21

I love the 3:06-3:15 section, its tricky because you dont know where he is going to go exactly, till he shows you the nahawand. Is that section shahnaz?
